I am passionate about doing research in the Organizational Behavior field, with expertise in the following areas: (1) Leadership and its development, (2) Diversity Management and social inequality, and (3) Mindfulness. I look for insights into these phenomena in different contexts (e.g., teamwork, leadership, entrepreneurship, education), using both quantitative (experiments, surveys, archival, interventions) and qualitative (interviews, observations) methods.
