Pisitta Vongswasdi is a professor, researcher, and speaker specializing in leadership development, organizational behavior, and mindful management. Based in Germany, she currently holds the Chair of Leadership & Society at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where she teaches, writes, and consults internationally.
