Leadership
I am a professor and researcher in leadership and organizational behavior, currently holding the Chair of Leadership & Society at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. My work focuses on how leaders grow through discomfort, how diversity enhances team performance, and how mindfulness supports meaningful change. With a background in strategy and research across Asia and Europe, I now teach, publish, and advise organizations on building more human-centered leadership in a complex evolving world.
